The NEP 2020 recognizes the importance of digital technology in enhancing the accessibility, quality, and equity of education. It promotes the use of e-resources, digital libraries, and online courses to make learning more interactive and engaging. Additionally, it aims to develop digital infrastructure and capacity building among teachers to effectively integrate technology into teaching-learning processes.

In the context of "e jaadui pitara," aligns with NEP 2020 and NCFFS 2022 to integrate the idea by encouraging the creation and utilization of educational content that envision for holistic development of children between 3 to 8 years. The app emphasizes leveraging technology to make learning more accessible, personalized, and engaging for students across India.

In this context, CIET-NCERT, is organizing online sessions on “ Jaadui Pitara and e-Jaadui Pitara, " which will be live telecast on NCERT's Official YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/ncertofficial) and simulcast on PMeVidya DTH TV channels            (classes 1 and 2) from 4:00 pm to 05:00 pm dated 27th to 31st  May 2024. Therefore, the States/UTs are requested to share this information with all the schools, teachers, teacher educators, pupil teachers and other stakeholders.

 Student  Holistic Progress Card Generation , Students Promotion List Generation , స్టూడెంట్ ఇన్ఫో పోర్టల్ లో మార్కుల ఎంట్రీ కి సూచనలు

1. https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/ లో CCE మార్క్స్ విభాగం లో అన్ని Assessments మార్కులు నమోదు చేయవలెను 

2. ఇప్పటివరకు కో కరికులర్ సబ్జక్ట్ ల మార్కులు పాటశాల ల రికార్డులలో నమోదు చేయుచున్నారు. వాటిని  SA 1 , SA 2 మార్కుల ఎంట్రీ స్క్రీన్ లో ఆన్లైన్ లో కూడా నమోదు చేయవలెను .

3. SA 2/ CBA 3 మార్కుల ఎంట్రీ స్క్రీన్ ఎనేబుల్ చేయబడినది. అందులో ప్రతి విద్యార్ధి మార్కులు సబ్జక్ట్ మరియు కో కరిక్యులర్ మార్కులు. నమోదు చేయవలెను. అందుకు సంబంధించిన రుబ్రిక్స్ ఇవ్వబడినది

4. అనంతరం https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/ లోనే SERVICES విభాగం లో Holistic Progress Remarks ను క్లిక్ చేసి Studying Class, Select Student, Exam Type  సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుని HOLISTIC PROGRESS REMARKS ని ఇచ్చిన రుబ్రిక్స్ ప్రకారం నమోదు చేయవలెను. డ్రాప్ డౌన్ బాక్స్ లో మూడు ఆప్షన్ లు STREAM , MOUNTAIN , SKY లు విద్యార్ధి స్థాయిలు  ఆయా అంశాల (21)  ఆధారం గా ఎంపిక చేసుకోవాలి. సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి ఈ విధం గా SA 1, SA 2 లకు అందరు విద్యార్ధులకు సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి.

5. అన్ని పరీక్షల మార్కులు, HOLISTIC PROGRESS REMARKS నమోదు చేసుకున్నామని నిర్ధారణ చేసుకోవలెను.

6. అనంతరం https://cse.ap.gov.in/ వెబ్సైటు లో LOGIN పై క్లిక్ చేసి HM యూసర్ నేమ్, పాస్ వర్డ్ తో లాగిన్ అవ్వవలెను.

7. అనంతరం https://cse.ap.gov.in/ లోనే MIS Reports పై క్లిక్ చేస్తే 15 వ సేరియల్ నంబర్ లో Students Promotion List Report  పై క్లిక్ చేస్తే, ఓపెన్ అయిన పేజి లో క్లాస్ సెలెక్ట్ చేస్తే సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకున్న తరగతి Students Promotion List Generate అవుతుంది. పక్కన ఉన్న ఎక్సెల్ బొమ్మ మీద క్లిక్ చేస్తే సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకున్న తరగతి Students Promotion List డౌన్ లోడ్ అవుతుంది. అందులో మార్కులు గ్రేడ్ లు , ఇతర వివరాలు సరిచూసుకుని అవసరం అయితే తగు మార్పులు చేసుకుని ప్రింట్ తీసుకుని HM , CLASS TEACHER సంతకాలు చేసి సంబంధిత ఇన్స్పెక్టింగ్ అధికారికి సమర్పించుకోనవచ్చును.

8. అనంతరం https://cse.ap.gov.in/ లోనే SERVICES పై క్లిక్ చేస్తే 5 వ వరస లో Student Wise Holistic Progress Card పై క్లిక్ చేస్తే Select Class, Select Student ఆప్షన్స్ ను ఎంపిక చేసుకుంటే ఎంపిక చెసుకున స్టూడెంట్ Student  Holistic Progress Card డౌన్ లోడ్ చేయమంటారా అని బాక్స్ వస్తుంది. OKక్లిక్ చేస్తే Student  Holistic Progress Card డౌన్లోడ్ అవుతుంది. CCE మార్క్స్ ఎంట్రీ లో మీరు ఎంటర్ చేసిన మార్కులు, స్టూడెంట్ attendance app లో హాజరు, Holistic Progress remarks లో మీరు ఎంటరు చేసిన లెవెల్స్ అన్ని వివరాలతో Student  Holistic Progress Card generate అవుతుంది.  ప్రింట్ తీసుకుని HM , Teacher సంతకం చేసి విద్యార్ధులకు అందించవలెను.  

9. ఈ ప్రాసెస్ అందరు ఉపాధ్యాయులకు తెలియచేసి నూరు శాతం మార్కుల నమోదు, ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డుల పంపిణీ, స్టూడెంట్ ప్రమోషన్ లిస్టు ల తయారీ చేయుట కు కృషి చేయవలెను.

ప్రతి ఒక్క SGT, SCHOOL ASSISTANT,  HM తప్పనిసరిగా SWIFT CHAT అనే యాప్ ను ఇన్స్టాల్ చెయ్యాలి.  అందులో

మీ మొబైల్ నంబర్ ఇవ్వాలి 

లాంగ్వేజ్ ఇంగ్లీష్ ఇవ్వాలి 

మీ పాఠశాల DISE code ఇవ్వాలి 

మీ CFMS ID ఇవ్వాలి 

మీరు బోధించే తరగతులను సెలక్టు చెయ్యాలి 

బోధించే సబ్జెక్టు ను సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి 

దీనికి  5 నిమిషాలు మాత్రమే పడుతుంది. అందరూ సహకరించండి. జిల్లాకు మంచి పేరు తీసుకుని రండి.
